1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with qq33 or by accessing, browsing, or using any part of the qq33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and qq33. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use our services.

qq33 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any modifications.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To open and maintain an account with qq33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. qq33 strictly prohibits access or use by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account on the qq33 platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate suspension.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

qq33 is committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy platform for all players. As part of this commitment, we may require identity verification at any stage of your account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following an account security review.

• Valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
• Proof of residential address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days.
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals, including mobile banking accounts such as bKash or Nagad.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

qq33 supports a range of payment methods tailored to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All monetary amounts on the platform are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts will be displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change.

All deposits are processed in real time. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our finance team and are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). qq33 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges. You are solely responsible for any such third-party fees.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

qq33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard rollover requirement is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period specified in the promotion. Unused bonuses that expire within this window will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Abuse of the bonus system — including using multiple accounts or coordinated play to exploit promotions — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• qq33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qq33 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using any form of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players, engaging in match-fixing, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of games offered on the platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use the qq33 platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or criminal purpose under the laws of Bangladesh.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the qq33 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of qq33 or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express prior written consent of qq33.

The qq33 brand name, logo, and associated marks are protected trademarks. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property in any form is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qq33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform or its services. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or data arising from technical failures, system outages, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Decisions or outcomes resulting from game malfunctions that are clearly unintended. In such cases, qq33 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to players.
• Any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

qq33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Grounds for such action include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or conduct harmful to the platform or other users.

In cases where an account is closed due to a player's own breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of commercial law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the qq33 platform shall first be referred to our customer support team for resolution. We aim to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal support process, both parties may seek resolution through available legal channels. qq33 does not waive any rights by attempting an informal resolution first.
